Notes: Time and Again

perpetuitySpoilerish for my 'Fuyuko' fic. Putting them here because I'll lose them any other way. ^^''
Time and Again -- lameass name. Maybe I can come up with another one.
Sequel: Bonny Blue -- even lamer, but it's ingrained
in my brain.
Prologue: (not yet written) Adrenaline -- Kurama & Kuronue's prologue -- sets the stage for their appearence in TaA. Too much to stick into the actual fic; wastes time; will work as standalone. shounen ai? Mildly, but becomes more pronounced in TaA.
Extra: Nicknames -- Bonus Kurama & Koenma fun. Prince Enma jr. gets his nickname. Also plays with Kurama's past and both of their personalities.
Extra: Find the Idiot -- needs to be edited slightly; now has discrepancies if I want to involve all my ideas... Koengenkai friendship fic--post tournament. must edit out Koto & Juri.
Canon char. specifics
Genkai
-- family specifics
nuclear: mother, father (have you ever noticed that male and mother & female and father start with the same letters?), 2 older sisters
+ misc uncles & aunts & cousins (big family all working on plantation)
Eldest sister (prob. won't name them) married; 1 son. Kei. Yusuke-like? Maybe. Maybe a Keiko-like daughter? Possible but probably not a good idea. NOT REINCARNATION.
G's abilities -- healing, reiki manipulation -- far cry from reikohadoken, but definitely a precursor. Perhaps one of the techniques she uses? I like the reiko kyo han sho. If only because I love the way Megumi Hayashibara yells it. martial arts, obviously.
Kei -- favorite relative of G. Training under Toguro, because his bachan won't teach anyone until she's mastered her art. She's more lively, young, girlish, clumsy than the Genkai-shihan we know. But Genkai = Genkai.
Kei -- name still tentative. I do kinda like it though.
Genkai's parents & sisters = always trying to get her to choose a husband. they like the Toguro kyoudai.
Koto
Situation: demon slave of rich human couple who sponsors the tournament. Little girl. Wants to be an announcer girl of course. Assigned by her master to be the servant of Kurama & Kuronue during their stay on Kubikukuri Island. K&K pity her, and let her watch the matches with them. Kurama is especially appalled at the gall of humans using demons (with foxy traits ^^;;) as slaves. His anger and dislike for humans becomes very ironic when eavesdropped on by the time-traveled Hiei, Yusuke and Kuwabara. They plan to tease Kurama mericilessly. Reverse-Sensui? It's possible.
Juri? Similar situation probably.
Toguro Kyoudai
not doing much changing with them. They live near Genkai naturally, they're her friends. I think they're okay as-is.
Ani, however--we'll make him originally a sarcastic SOB. goes crazy after seeing all the gore Kairen caused. but while Otouto channels his anger at himself, Ani is just plain nuts. (I think canon may support me, have to rewatch)
Ani -- 'Why bother?' attitude. Becomes sadistic little bastard we know anddon't love.
Otouto -- same as anime, I can't do it poetic justice in words.
Kuronue
Must Buy Movie. My memories of him are too hazy...
after the events of Adrenaline, the bg Koenma shows the tantei shows Kuro+Kura living quietly together. Kuronue's been suspecting that Kurama's miserable being cooped up in the comfortable mansion. Decides that the safest way to get his baby an adrenaline rush is the oh-so-convenient Ankoku Bujuutsukai. (is it 'bu' or 'ju' that's elongated? i can't tell by listening)
Kuronue -- more wardrobe -- lots of navy blue when not wearing tight black leather thieving suit. fits well against Youko Kurama's casual clothes: whites, light blues, yellow (matches his eyes, now that I think about it... duh, Kaley)
*sighs* That's enough for now. I should write Adrenaline before it burns a hole in my brain.
